CD duplication is done on fully automated duplicators. We use only ultra-high quality Taiyo Yuden media…the best in the industry.

On-CD printing is run on a Primera “Everest II” full color thermal printer. This is not ink-jet, but a very high resolution photo quality thermal process that uses a CMY ribbon as well as a clear transfer ribbon. The end result looks just like a store-bought commercial CD (silk screening). The thermal finish is hard, glossy, and scratch-resistant, unlike ink-jet printed CDs that can look dull and are prone to smearing.
